Meet the Owner
Theresa Falcone, owner of the Cape Haze Convenience Store, was originally born & raised in New York and raised her own family in Staten Island. There, she owned and operated a construction company for over 30 years.
After coming to Florida in 1999, Theresa knew it was home immediately. She fell in love with the Englewood/Cape Haze area and started out as a “snow bird” for several years before making the decision to move to the Sunshine State permanently.
Boating is Theresa’s number one favorite activity, and fishing is a close second. Around 2014, she first spotted the property which the convenience store now occupies. Directly off the street on Placida Road, she immediately recognized it as a prime spot for a convenience store that has just about everything for boaters and residents alike. Shortly thereafter she saw the need for a To Go Restaurant, She loves making tummy’s happy
